Brad has many (11+) years of experience in real estate and so he has seen some wild stuff. He helped us buy our first house and that went so well, we went back to him to sell and buy our new house. Our buyers were very demanding and me and my partner were very frustrated. Brad was on our side the whole time, giving thoughtful advice, helping us understand what was reasonable and what wasn't. The buyers backed out, but Brad was there to help us regroup and we very quickly found new buyers and sold. He really guided us through a difficult sale, and we are so thankful we had his expertise.
