Brad listed my house for rent. He helped me list the house according to other houses in my area that were for rent in the past and in less then 24 hours I already had two applications. He communicated with me thru text and e mail all the way thru till signing of the lease and beyond. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he is a pleasure to work with. I've known Brad for several years. He's helped me purchase, sell and lease my properties in Peoria, AZ. He's always been very professional and has gone the extra mile on two very distinct occasions. 1) I live out of state and he handled a sale of my rental home. Brad even took the time to clean up the space so it showed well! 2) I've had a very difficult tenant situation and Brad kindly offered his assistance on completing the walk-thru after the lease expired. These tenants had caused some damage to the home and refused to sign the checklist and return the keys.
