Brad was very helpful with explaining the process of buying a property and works with a great team that made closing on my property go very smoothly. Brad worked quickly to set up showings within a day or two max during our search process. I was a bit disappointed in his bargaining skills when it came to inspection fixes - items that he said would for sure get covered after inspection ended up not being negotiated for, though this wasn't for a ton of money. Overall I was pleased with my experience.
