Brad was an awesome choice for my real estate broker / realtor. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and always on time. Brad stayed in constant touch with me throughout the seven month process. He did a substantial amount of research prior to the sale and gave me an amount he though the property would draw attention and would reasonably sell for. We did an appraisal which came in quite a bit higher so we spent about 6 months on higher prices with several price reductions. The home had major issues and we both knew it needed quite a bit of work. In the end, I reduced the price to his original value and we finally began to receive interest and offers. The home sold in a cash deal within 30 days. During the process, Brad constantly went to the property to clean the inside and yard to keep it as presentable as possible. I received weekly online reports of all action and reviews of the online portion of the sales process. I also needed many minor repairs done to the home and Brad, personally, took care of each one. All were completed better than I could have hoped. He is gifted as a carpenter and various repairs and it took a huge load off my back not having to locate many various subcontractors to do the work. Bottom line, if I ever sell another home or know and care of others who need these services, I would never want to use anyone other than Brad Myers!

Brad helped me prepare my brothers home to sell after he passed away. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable and got the house in good shape for me. Because of his hard work (even assisting me to get a new roof on before closing )the house was able to sell at the top of the market. I will definitely refer Brad to any friends and family that are looking to buy or sell real estate. I'm giving 10 stars on this one! Very happy customer
