He walked us through the process and what we needed to do before listing. He clarified and took our questions and concerns to heart. I could not recommend anyone better. I can't say enough good things about Brad Martens. He is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have bought a lot of houses. He is so knowledgeable and so professional and he really cares about the people involved. He offered to pay to have my house cleaned but I declined that one. He sent a stager over to make suggestions about making the house look better. He was going to have my windows washed but it rained. He did a lot of pre-sale work and investigation. As a result of his efforts my house sold the same day it was listed. I would totally recommend using Brad as your realtor.
