Wow. Where to start? It felt like he was working for the seller more than us. We lost the house originally because he didn't submit our offer right away, he didn't submit paperwork right away so things could be fixed so the house would pass the appraisal from our lender and didn't put pressure on the seller to get it done so we could close on time. When the seller refused to give us a home warranty, Brad told us he would pay half of the home warranty and we would take care of it right after closing. At closing he said he would email us the information for the home warranty and except for this email to rate our experience, we haven't heard anything from him since. This was our first time buying a house and we hope that it isn't like this next time. After this experience we won't be using him or Dickerson Nieman again.
