My husband had already been transferred from a nursing home in Tomahawk, WI to a nursing home in Beloit, WI. I found a mobile home and put an offer in and then returned to our home in northern Wisconsin five hours north of Beloit. in a relatively short time we got an accepted offer on our place up north and two weeks later I was moving into the new home jyst over the Ill/WI border I had many questions and challenges as I maneuvered everything between the far northern and far southern Wisconsin. He answered my questions and said in the end it would all work out. He walked me through each step and explained the process from beginning to end. He is licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois so even in the stres of selling and purchasing there weren't any major glitches. I would highly recommend him in the sale or purchase if your hime.

Brad's response to texts was almost immediately. He was available whenever we needed him . He assisted us with all the questions we had and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he found it out and got back to us with the requested information. He communicates well and displays a high level of professionalism. He came with us to our meeting with the contractors at the time of signing our contract and he also came to our closing which was an added bonus for us as he made sure everything was in order and answered all our questions we had, making sure what we were signing at closing was accurate as to what we had agreed to. We would recommend Brad and the professional service he provides, to anyone we know that is interested in buying or selling a home. This was the first real estate I had ever sold. Many steps to getting it ready, and each one explained. Phone calls were always returned with a caring attitude and in a timely manner. Any meetings scheduled were done well in advance and he was always prompt. He always kept me informed of similar homes listed and their market value, and has a very positive approach.
