After submitting an interest on a property, Brad was the first agent to call me. He was very down to earth and honest with us. He possesses a very high sense of urgency. More importantly, Brad was available whenever we needed him or had any questions. He would return calls and respond to text messages right away. It was an absolute pleasure working with Brad and we highly recommend him to anyone!

From initially meeting Brad at an open house, he was super helpful! We started getting daily emails tailored to exactly what we were looking for, and when we decided to start looking at places, he booked viewings immediately and helped us organize our days. Once we put in an offer he gave suggestions for a lender, painters, and movers since we were new to the area and didn't have connections, and all were wonderful. He was incredibly helpful with the inspection process and stayed on top of everything, through the closing. On top of that, he is just a super nice guy to work with through what can be a bit of a cumbersome process!

Brad is someone that will go above and beyond and help you till he’s blue in the face.
