Working with Brad was a total dream. There are a few things that really stand out with Brad. First of all, he is extremely accessible. Whenever we reached out to him, anytime, day or night, he got back to us right away – usually in just minutes – with exactly what we needed. Real estate transactions can be touch-and-go, so you need to be sure that your agent is right there with you every step of the way. Second, Brad has fantastic judgment and such a wealth of experience that he has an instinctive ability to predict exactly how things are going to play out with each transaction. This is crucial as it gives his clients an edge in the competitive Bay Area market. In helping us to buy this condo he made all the right moves, guiding us in when/how much to offer, when to move fast, when to sit tight, etc, all of which in the end helped us get the place we wanted, and without overbidding. Lastly, Brad is extraordinarily helpful and does everything he possibly can for his clients. For example, after our closing we realized we didn't have our mailbox key, so he took it upon himself to contact our HOA and then went to the post office to try to get it resolved for us. This is obviously way above the call of duty but Brad does this kind of thing time and again, and he does it with a smile. Brad will be our real estate agent for life!
