I would recommend Brad to anyone! Hope not to move again, but wouldn’t think of using anyone else if I did. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us when we were searching for our new home.
We recently relocated to Wilmington. We gave Brad our wish list thinking that we'd have better luck finding a unicorn than a home with everything we wanted. Brad was very attentive, listened to what we wanted, and quickly found the perfect house for us. We jokingly call it The Unicorn , because we can't believe we practically got everything we wanted. Finding our ideal home was a result of Brad's availability, knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone in search of realtor in the area.
