Brad Hudson

Brad and Matt were great from the beginning. They were fun and relaxed, but very professional and knowledgeable. They knew the neighborhoods well, and definitely knew how to handle the transaction efficiently and with low stress. We dropped into town and quickly decided we wanted to look at a bunch of houses and they made time for us and worked around our schedule. Plus they are funny and a pleasure to be around. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Brad was great! I needed to find and close on a new home very quickly, since my old home sold faster than expected. Once I selected a home, Brad was able to get escrow closed in 10 days. He took care of all of the details and stayed on top of everything right up to the last minute.
