About Brad

Brad Holmes is a lifelong resident of the West Branch and Central Susquehanna Valleys and has been a dedicated Realtor® with Villager Realty for the past two years. In his first year, Brad earned the distinction of Rookie of the Year for Villager Realty, a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment to client success. He is an active member of the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Originally from Muncy, Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with elementary education certification from Lycoming College and later completed a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction at Bloomsburg University. He spent much of his professional life in education, raising his family while teaching and coaching football for over two decades in Muncy, Milton, Montgomery, and Montoursville. Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling, attending professional football and baseball games, and visiting his son and daughter in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh as they pursue their careers. Brad’s interest in real estate was sparked while building his own custom home, where he developed a deeper appreciation for quality craftsmanship and residential design. Today, he brings that same attention to detail, strong communication skills, and tech-savvy approach to his real estate career.
