We've had realtors quit us in the past because we weren't willing to settle for one of 5 or 6 houses that were shown to us. Brad Grubenhoff is unlike any realtor we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We lived in Indiana and Brad screened homes for us to view online. We vacationed in North Port/Port Charlotte Fl a couple of times per year. Brad set up showings for us on short notice when we were in the area and he did video showings for us when we were in Indiana. Very responsive and knowledgeable!! It was easy to work with Brad. He gets right to the point but also being down to earth. He was able to get all info that was needed on the property and more in a timely manor. - I’ve done many real estate transactions the hardest part is getting questions answered and the process executed in a timely manner due to communication issues about 9 out of 10 times. But not he case with brad he made it easy like it should be.
