Working with Brad and his company Extol Reality was an amazing experience!! Brad helped us not only sell our house but buy another. From the start, he kept us informed of the next steps and gave us all the resources to help ease this stressful but exciting time. Each phase of the buying and selling process he sends a video that explains the next steps- from getting your house ready for pictures, to getting your house showing ready, then to what to expect prior to closing. It kept us informed and helped ease the anxiety and the feeling as if we were forgetting to do something. Brad himself is just a joy. Always has a smile on his face, gives you his honest opinion, and is truly in your corner. He wants the best for his clients and it shows! We couldn’t sing his praise enough and pray he never retires because we can’t imagine ever using anyone else!
