About Brad

My start in real estate was with a high-end property firm called Sea Island Properties, on Sea Island, Georgia (adjacent to St. Simons Island). I started with Sea Island Properties in November of 2006 as an unlicensed assistant. I worked as a coordinator and was later promoted to supervisor, mainly producing flyers, adding and editing property information on the website, taking photographs, property research, accounting activities and other marketing responsibilities. This highly interested me and prompted me to take on a career in real estate and I haven’t looked back since. I took my licensing course in St. Simons in 2008 and have been licensed and selling real estate since then. My wife and I had our first child in June of 2011 and our second in November, 2014. We consider ourselves to be very blessed to be able to raise a family in the wonderful community of St. Simons. I originally moved to St. Simons Island in 2004, the year after I graduated from the University of Georgia. Brad helped me sell my home after many months of trying (and failing) with another agent!

After months of the house sitting on the market, I decided to change realtors and go with Brad Davis. Best decision ever! Being out of state, it's not always the ideal situation but he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Before I could even ask him, he eased my mind when I received a text from him saying that my house was ok after Hurricane Irma. He is very knowledgeable with the market and I definitely noticed more foot traffic and offers. He knew I wanted the house sold and he got it done! I highly recommend him!
