Brad sold my house and helped me buy a new one. He responded immediately to all my concerns and requests. He is professional, a great negotiator and has decades of experience. I can not recommend him enough.

We are so pleased with Brad. His knowledge of the market and the ease of working with him is exceptional! He walked us through the whole process, explained the process and delivered.

Not only did Brad Carlson sell my house in a timely fashion, he also answered every question I had along the way. As a first time seller, I was in unchartered territory and unsure of the entirety of the process. But, with Brad as my agent, I was confident that he would get me the best deal possible. The next time I purchase a home, Brad Carlson will be my first call.
