I have had 3 wonderful experiences with Brad Burns. I loved the knowledge of the area and school system he had considering I have an autistic child. He was extremely patient and always on top of everything.
Brad Burns and partner Paula Van Sickle charged us more commission than what we agreed on. When we confronted them with this they would not pick up their phone. They did not show up at the closing on our new home which is causing more issues. I do NOT recommend these realtors OR this brokerage.
