The short story is my experience with Bergamini Group was exceptional. I would only consider this agency for future real estate transactions in their geographical area. The longer story is that I inherited a home in Prescott, but live in Denver. The task I gave to the Bergamini group was to sell quickly for a good price, but not to hold out for the best price. And since I live in Denver, I could provide little assistance/input. Brad and his group valued the home, made repair suggestions, managed the bids, managed the work, and listed the home well above the Zillow estimate. We got an offer within a week, for just under the Redfin estimate (which was much higher than Zillow's). Quick sale, good price, minimal effort from me. Just like I asked for. And along the way, the group has been extremely responsive and professional. I rarely write reviews, but the quality and amount of work the Bergamini Group did on my behalf deserves at least the time and effort to compose a review.

We loved our experience working with Clinton! Super knowledgeable of the area and very friendly as well. He was quick to let us know if any properties came up. Because we are located out of state, Clinton would offer to do FaceTime tours of properties and upload videos if service was spotty. We’d highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a home in the Prescott area.
