We used this company to buy a house in Prescott Dec 2021. We always do our research and found this company to be the best in the area, so we decide to use them. We are so happy we did because we were in a bidding war on a house and the agent at this company really wrote a creative best and final offer which allowed us to win the house without grossly over paying. Our agent had told us that he had worked with the other agents in his office who had been agents for quite a few years so that he had a wealth of knowledge in contracts. Our agent was very responsive (I don’t think he ever took a day off) and he was constantly he checking the listings so he made us aware of new houses coming on the market very quickly. He was also very down to earth, friendly, and professional. This company also made the entire closing process very easy and helped to ensure it went flawlessly. I would without reservation recommend this company!
