Working with Matthew Hinshaw to find a home we could rent to my brother and his wife, who can no longer afford rental fees in California, was wonderful. Matt was diligent and knowledgeable about the areas we liked and offered us multiple times to see things, even over Prescott's crazy Fourth of July weekend! He is a total gentleman -- calls when he says he is going to call, follows up when he says he is going to follow up and helps in every way possible.
