Punctual, responsive, and pays attention to what you like/dislike. We are new to the area and he was very forthcoming with information on neighborhoods as he has lived in this area his whole life, he knew them well and did not hide/sugar coat what the areas are like. I found that very helpful.

Just started with Brad to help find a flip home. He has the local market knowledge we need, understands the buying process and protocols for a foreclosure purchase. He has set us up on an automatic home search service and is on the look-out for our potential home flips. We have not gotten to negotiation stage on a property but am very confident he can do the job. We also plan on using Brad to list our flip homes.

Brad Aycock is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate. He helped me sell my parents' home a few years ago, and took care of a lot of the necessary details. He also knows a lot about updating an older home and what it takes to make an older home more marketable. I recommend him highly!

Brad is second to none as a realtor. He went out of his way several times to accommodate our busy work schedules to help us look at listings. He makes things very simple and is never pushy, but always easy to communicate with.
