Brad was extremely resourceful and knowledgeable when helping our family find a new home and new schools. As a military family we couldn't be there in person for a lot of the process since we lived out of the state at the time and Brad stepped in and helped us out with all aspects of buying a home. Not only did we receive a full price offer, but we sold the house after it was only on the market for a couple weeks! Brad also helped us buy a house after he sold our home. He was able to negotiate with the buyer so that we had a perfect amount of time to sell our house and move into the new house. Throughout the entire process Brad was easily accessible and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
