We were nervous at first, having just moved from CT. Bozena explained the materials used for building in Florida and in CT are different, ex: block vs. frame. (especially near water). We went on numerous viewings, and sometimes back to condos we had already seen for price and sq. ft. comparison. She went over the contract step by step. Our first mortgage lender was giving us the runaround and Bozena gave a great referral to a new lender that was able to get us qualified within days.
