We cannot thank Boyd enough for his patience and due diligence during the selling of our home and buying of our new home. It was a stressful time waiting for the buyers to gain the appropriate financing while keeping the seller of the home we wanted to extend the contract. Boyd was in constant communication with us through each timeline and extension. Never did we feel alone, but rather he treated the sale and the purchase as it was his own.
