My most recent experience with Boyd is the second one I have had, as two years ago he assisted me with helping my parents buy a home! Boyd is excellent at what he does! He worked extremely hard to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase! There were two other offers placed at the same time we placed ours but Boyd negotiated well enough that our offer was accepted! He put me in contact with an excellent loan officer and well qualified inspectors. He was present for inspection on my behalf to ensure there was nothing missed!
