Boris Borissov

We are Canadians who just bought a condo in Miami Beach. We had no previous knowledge of the real estate market in the area, nor any experience in dealing with a 'short sale' situation. Mr. Borissov oversaw the whole process, which took a while - from visiting numerous condos, to having an accepted offer, to dealing with the bank, to having a lawyer, etc. Throughout the whole adventure, Mr. Borissov never lost momentum; he would always keep us up to date as to the next step. All went well and we closed on our new investment 10 days ago. We are thrilled with our new purchase, which we plan to rent out for now. Since we are not on site to take care of things, we chose, of course, Mr. Borissov to be the property manager as well. Another advantage to consider is Mr. Borissov's list of contacts and partners (lawyer, painter, contractor, etc.) which he kindly shared with us. Not having to 'hunt' out for these people ourselves saved us lots of time and we have been most pleased with their work as well.
