I don't even know where to begin. I first contacted Boomer in 2019 when I was moving from Arizona to Georgia, and explained that I would not be in person to tour homes. Boomer spent multiple days on Facetime with me showing me different homes, being honest about their pros and cons, as well as the surrounding area. In 2022 it came time to sell the house that I bought in 2019 as I moved to Virginia, and without missing a beat Boomer understood my situation, helped fix up the house in my absence as the move was last minute and unexpected, completed photos, arranged for repairs to be made, and sent me a full market analysis of what I could list it for and reasonably expect, along with multiple seller proceeds documents at different price points. Being away from both the purchase and sale of a home can be so daunting, but Boomer made me feel like I wasn't missing anything, and reassured me every step of the way, called me promptly with any issues, and made sure I was aware of all of my options when obstacles came up. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the purchase or sale of my home, and if I ever move back to Georgia, he'll be my first phone call.
