I had a 200 plus year old house that we had already done but was still rough. It was not the normal ranch it was 5 bedrooms 2 baths and a 100 year old barn that was falling down. It was in good shape but it was not you're standard way sell, It required special direction andstaging . Bonnie did a great job bringing in a buyer near the purchase price.
