This was our second experience with Bonnie. When we were looking for a condo near Myrtle Beach in October 2019, Bonnie showed us several properties that could serve as our Beach Getaway and also as a potential rental property. Covid hit us all in March 2020 and rental activity was a bust. Fast forward to mid-2022 and prices skyrocketed and Bonnie helped is sell the condo. Bonnie was patient, helpful and a pleasure to work with in our second round with her.
