From start to finish the team was amazing. Every queation was answered with knowledge and patience, and we asked A LOT of questions. Trying to purchase a property during the Covid crisis was challenging but everyone we worked with at Jack Conway (Bonnie and Tricia especially) did everything in their power to make it happen as easily as possible.

Bonnie and Trisha wereabsolutely fantastic throughout this process. Especially at the closing after learning that the seller did nothing to clean the house and was extremely confrontational. Bonnie stepped right in. She got us some additional money for a dumpster and made the seller stop arguing about the condition of the house. She was just all around a pleasure to deal with and really looked out for our best interests.
