Bonnie was incredible from our first meeting with her. My husband and I were first time home buyers looking for a fixer-upper in Westchester county. Bonnie was always on call and when she needed to, able to bring my husband and I down to earth. When we found the perfect fixer upper in Rye Brook, Bonnie met us late in the afternoon as soon as the house went on the market. Even put our offer in later that night. On Good Friday she gave us the good news that our offer was selected and streamlined the entire closing process for us. This was a tricky loan to secure since the house did need work, the lenders and attorney Bonnie suggested were able to secure a 203k mortgage that eventually save my husband and I money because our renovations are built into the mortgage. On the weekends, Bonnie looked through her rolodex for contractor referrals (we chose a contractor she personally worked with). In regards to an agent, she is by far superior to anyone else we have met or spoken with. She cares greatly about her clients and I will recommend her time and time again.

Wonderful! Bonnie is attentive and incredibly responsive. She was very helpful for this first time home owner in reviewing the process and keeping everything running smoothly and was always available for questions. She worked very hard to help me find my new home in the area I was looking at and made time for me to view around my work schedule.
