Bonnie earned top scores with her knowledge, professionalism, and frequent and very helpful communication by phone and email. She helped us quickly define what we were really wanting with a house and yard and location within Four Seasons, so we would not waste valuable time and effort during our limited winter season in Beaumont. She agreed to meet us in Four Seasons and in our home, at very convenient times. She soldiered on showing us homes and helping us find the perfect place even when she unexpectedly lost a close family member. We didn't find out until weeks later, and this powerfully boosted our respect and admiration for Bonnie. Most realtors would have immediately stopped working, and turned us over to someone else. Not Bonnie. She visited with a seller who was unethical and unpleasant, and took time with him despite knowing it wasn't going to work out in our favor. She told us the harsh truth that we simply must wait to sell our WA home before buying another home in CA, no matter what. Then she celebrated with us as we experienced the miracle of a bridge loan from a close friend, which almost never happens. She helped us wade through countless pages to sign, and patiently explained the sometimes difficult to comprehend paperwork. She made it light and almost fun. We never could have gotten through all that on our own. Some of it made almost no sense, but she patiently explained things and repeated things until we got it. Bonnie's simply beyond compare, and we can't recommend her highly enough. We'll continue to sing her praises to other friends, as we soon begin to live our best life in Four Seasons, in Beaumont, CA, thanks to Bonnie.
