She was always available for questions and she was very very helpful from start to finish. Bonnie even took the extra effort to help us find a landscaper and a painter. Moving into an HOA has a lot of steps that need completed and Bonnie provided a check list and again was always available to answer questions. She always responded via text or phone call almost immediately. Bonnie was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her....plus she is a very nice person too!
