I was the trustee of my mom's beachfront condo, and I choose Bonnie to sell the property as I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Bonnie told me she had an out-of-state buyer who may be interested in buying my mom's condo, and I knew this was not just some sales pitch as others in the condo have used her and had great things to say about her. As it ended up that person bought it and it sold quickly. Bonnie texted and called me and kept me updated throughout the process. Since I also lived out of town, Bonnie did MANY things that went over and beyond the normal scope of a realtor. She literally took pictures of items in my mom's storage locker and either discarded items out or sent them to me per my instructions. There were also some repairs that needed to be done after the inspection, and she arranged that for me. The closing was also handled electronically and was a very easy process.
