Bonnie Scarimbolo

I had already written a review, but now I'll try again. Bonnie scheduled many opportunities for interested clients to view my house. My husband and I conformed in every way. The house had to be left camera ready each time, and we had to vacate while house was being shown. Sometimes that was difficult for us. I am 90 and my husband was 95. There were many open houses scheduled. Bonnie worked hard. The price of the house was reduced several times. sometimes there were personality problems with the buyers and their attorneys, or we were not accepting bids that we felt were too low.

I cannot say enough about what a great broker Bonnie is. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice for me in terms of marketing my house to sell. To her credit, I was able to sell the house during the midst of the Covid pandemic at a price that I would have gotten before the pandemic started. Not only is she extremely professional, but she is a nice and caring person. Anyone who has Bonnie as his or her broker will be lucky to work with her.
