I have now bought and sold a house with Bonnie, as have my parents and brother. Every experience has been excellent. She told us what we needed to do to make our home stand out and just as importantly, what we didn’t need to spend extra on. She made us feel at ease from pricing to prepping the house and the bid/sale negotiation process. I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to my friends.
