Every experience turned out to be a SALE
Bonnie and I have had four real estate exposures and all four ended up in a sale. In this last case the sale took just 10 days. In this economy and climate for land sales, that was more than I ever expected. I thought at lest it would take 4 months. I was surprised to say the least. Her and her team in this last sale helped coaching me it setting up the property for best "Curb Appeal" Thanks, as usual Bonnie.
