Bonnie, stepped in after another sales agent wanted us to lower our selling price and told us the house needs to be staged. She sold our house in record time for more than what the other sales agent wanted to lower the price too and no staging was needed. She arranged for ALL the inspections and was present during every single one. Bonnie was also our agent in our new home purchase in Indio, CA. She did not hesitate to take the drive out there, again making sure for a smooth transaction.
