Bonnie is a fabulous buyer's agent and I couldn't have asked for a better person in my corner during the tricky process of finding a great home. She was diligent in sending over new (and good!) leads every day and went above and beyond when I needed to take a trip abroad, even as far as showing me particularly good prospects via video call! She was just as dynamic when it came to negotiations with the seller, fighting her client's corner with tenacity and dealing with every curveball thrown our way - an ambiguous radon test, gift fund delays, an unexpected bank valuation - with patience and optimism. Her hard work in the face of any adversity meant we crossed the finish line to purchase in good time and at a fair price that turned out to be well under our initial maximum bid - I don't think any buyer anywhere would complain about an outcome like that, and Bonnie's personal efforts were a big big part of making that happen. If you spend a couple of months working with a realty professional, sure, you expect them to be able to get the job done, that's the bare minimum, but you may also be lucky enough to develop a real respect for their integrity and character. I don't think there's anything cynical about Bonnie; I think when she signs on to your homebuying project she gives it 110% and genuinely cares that you come out of things happy, so much so that she puts in more work and energy than she strictly needs to (but sh, don't tell her that, in case she stops). She is not just a phenomenal realtor - who will be even more phenomenal with a few more years of doing this under her belt - but a really generous and lovable person too. You will walk in with a need for professional services, but you'll walk out, not just with a house, but with a lot of good memories and quite possibly a new friend too. I honestly don't write these glowing reviews for just anybody but she really is one of the very best. Thanks Bonnie.
