Bonnie was excellent. In my opinion, she is the only realtor to use when buying or selling on the Emerald Coast. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and she goes above and beyond to service her clients. As busy as she is, she always made time when we needed her. Bonnie also made some excellent referrals that helped us choose a lender, home inspector, and insurance agent in the area. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Bonnie is the best.

Bonnie is very experienced and understands the area well. She tailored everything to our needs. Additionally, she did many tasks for us on the back end that she did not have to do for us. Her level of service was excellent. We highly recommend Bonnie and will use her again in the future.

As mentioned above, her knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills were evident in our (my husband and I), ongoing daily interactions with her regarding a myriad of both technical and administrative issues, as it pertains to the homebuying process. We especially appreciated her timely responses to so many of our "late evenings/night (week day or weekend) questions, which enabled us to make more meaningful decisions. True professional!

Bonnie was amazing! I was referred by a friend while deployed and from the moment we made contact Bonnie was great... she asked for my wife's info and started the house hunting process with her. Once I was back stateside we made an appointment to view homes in the local area. Bonnie told us to take the first day and drive around... I thought that was very odd that she would have us drive around looking at homes without her. However, that turned out to be the best thing we could've done. We ended up eliminating 9 of the 12 homes we had picked, which made day two very productive. Bonnie was extremely knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind. Being military we don't always have all the time in the world to research and shop around. Given the timeframe we had (1 week) Bonnie helped us navigate the VA process (first time home buyers) and had us under contract by day three. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else and I would recommend her 10/10 times to anyone who values there time and money. Recommendation: Take the day to look around... you'll end removing homes that looked nice in pictures but NOT in person off your list. Making the second day more productive.
