To make a long story short, the owner and his family did not recieve anything for the property. It took over a year for it to sell considering the circumstances. Bonnie is a great realtor, I just think that its all about a realtors gain, I say that because the client was promised a reimbursement fee but was hasseled and paid a lesser amount. I didn't appreciate that at all. Just glad it's over.
