We needed an inspection for possible mold. Bonnie made the call. About one (1) hour later, the inspector was there!! OMG. This was in late May in Seattle when all the contractors were "stupid busy" and nobody was available. Bonnie must be very well respected to get service like that. She's got great instincts, a ready smile and she'll be straight with you. Our house sold for about $125,000 over what we had anticipated. Thank you!
