Bonnie is a true treasure! Unfortunately, it took us 2 years looking in four counties and four contracts later to find our perfect home. Bonnie was patient, very knowledgeable, tenacious, and supportive. She gave us advice, guidance, and hope even when ours had diminished. We came across legal issues, survey hurdles, and one discontented seller in which Bonnie handled with ease, confident and always remained highly professional.
