Wow! What an incredible experience. I have bought and sold houses before but I must say that this one was the easiest experience that I’ve had and I had the best financial outcome. Not only did Bonita ensure that my listing price was the best for the market, she also coordinated all the needed “improvements” with contractors. I didn’t have to do a thing!
