Boni Buscemi & Scott MacBride

Boni was referred to us by our close friends. Boni helped them buy a house in Bothell and they were always praising their agent (Boni) to us. They told us Boni is the sweetest agent on earth, and it was proven true when we met her on starting our home buying journey. We initially met with Scott while Boni was out of town to discuss our requirements, and Scott was extremely helpful in answering our noob and naive questions, since this is our first house. Boni was always available on text, call and email from the get go. After looking at a lot of houses we finally found THE one and immediately contacted Boni. And boy she got to work!! Boni was extremely quick in contacting the Seller's agent. We wanted to get a pre inspection done of the house before putting an offer and Boni coordinated with the seller agent and an inspection officer to arrange for an inspection one evening before the offer review date. This was Sunday evening and we were very impressed with Boni's ability to get work done no matter what. Once we were ready to put the offer, Boni used her experience and expertise to tell us the right price and escalation that we should put on the offer. She studied the price of the houses in the neighborhood and told us that the appraisal would also be in our favor. And the day of offer review was here and we won the bid!! The other offers on the house were very competitive but Boni had established very good relationship with the Seller's agent and our offer and our background just clicked with the seller. During the house closing, Boni helped a lot!! Boni is very responsive and very sweet, and even after we closed the house she is happily answering our questions regarding maintenance and repairs. She also gave us one year warranty on the house. Scott and Boni are highly recommend from our side!!!

Boni helped us (me and my fiance), in buying our first home. She is wonderful to work with! Our home buying experience was delightful thanks to her. She went above and beyond to make sure we had every bit of information needed to make quick decisions. She replied to our queries day and night, and whenever need be contacted the listing agent to get things done for us. She had a great deal of knowledge about the localities where we were looking for our home. We would highly recommend Boni, and we will surely work with her again.

Boni helped my fiancé and I (first time buyers) find and close on our first property with enthusiasm and passion. We had very little time (one weekend) to see all the properties (20) and make an offer on the one that was best for us. In the short time we spent together, Boni took the time to get to know us on a personal level and was always honest and trustworthy when describing the properties and neighborhoods.
