Katarinas knowledge was very helpful as a first time home buyer! She was available to answer any questions we had right away, and was very professional throughout the whole process. From start to finish we had about 50 days to find a home and close and she made it happen! Would recommend her over and over again.

We purchased our new condo sight unseen. Katie was our eyes . She sent us numerous listings to look at and personally went to the condos that we were interested in. When we decided on the one that we purchased, she had the seller replace and fix anything that we asked her to. She went to the condo the day before to do the walk thru for us while on FaceTime. She assisted with the title company and the mortgage company. She was fantastic!! I am now recommending her to anyone who needs an agent in Florida.🌺
