We started our Houston home searching experience as out-of-towners from NY and ended up as homeowners in a great suburb; and along the way made a friend in Bobby. Bobby came highly recommended from others. Also wanted to note that we searched for a place during the pandemic. Throughout our search, Bobby communicated frequently through email and text, as well as phone calls and was very flexible with his time considering our work schedule and restrictions due to the pandemic. Bobby is very familiar with Houston and its suburbs, so we were comfortable knowing that he would find us a home in the right neighborhood. From our initial meeting, Bobby asked the usual realtor type questions to get an idea of what we were looking for, neighborhood/area, price point, type of house, distance from work, etc...but one thing I noticed was that he asked about our kids and where we saw their next few years would be. Through the first few houses, Bobby was able to understand what we liked and disliked and probably already knew, before we did, the neighborhood and house type we would end up in. We were able to put an offer down and resolve any hiccups through the closing process relatively quickly. Even after closing on the home, Bobby has continued to check in and has helped with some local contacts for any issues that have come up. I would say that the entire experience from beginning to end with Bobby was great and I highly recommend Bobby Thomas for any real estate services.
