He made the entire process stress free for me and was incredibly responsive to my needs and concerns. I have a severe anxiety disorder, and big purchases and life decisions can be freezing. Bobby not only understood this but was incredibly understanding and helpful with my mental health throughout the entire process. He not only made home ownership feel possible, but he also made me possible. Bobby was incredibly responsive and proactive, providing the best advice at all times and ensuring I knew exactly where we were in the process. He had an incredible knowledge of the areas we looked at and did his homework before every home tour. He anticipated my needs and concerns and did what he could to mitigate stress and anxiety throughout the entire process. He knew the answers to questions before I even knew to ask them. In the end, I am most appreciative that Bobby is a fighter for his clients. When we had minor issues with the seller's realtor, he handled them without causing more stress for me.
