I listed my fathers home and waterfront property with Bobby during what might have been the worst real estate market in recent times. There were special prolems because of wetlands issues. Bobby "hung in there" with me through a very tough selling time. He was always upbeat, encouraging, positive thinking and positive acting. I found him to be very professional, friendly and honest. I was very comfortable that he knew his market, was aware of the wetlands restrictions, and that he would be able to sell the property. I felt like I had made a friend with Bobby, and would use him again if a real estate opportunity presented itself.

Bobby was a tremendous help throughout a long process. He was friendly, helpful and professional. I am still working with him on another piece of real estate and would highly recommend him to anyone. He has lifetime knowledge of the people in this area and is equipped to deal with any party who comes to the table. He consistently provided valuable advice and stayed on top of everything until the house was sold. I miss the frequent contact now that the first property is gone and look forward to dealing with him again when the next property is sold. I have
