My rental property required a lot of repairs, as in really really a lot of repairs. Bobby took care of it all. I didn’t have to worry about searching online for a reputable company for each repair. And the costs for each repair item sounded right to me, or in line with market. Since I had never lived in my property before and had no idea how to arrange electric and water , he took care of setting these up for me also. And he was Johnny on the spot for coming by my house to pick up my checks. I really didn’t have to do anything. He worked his tail off for my house that’s for sure. We dealt with back to back problems. Realtors deserve every bit of their commission checks if they all work this hard to list and sell a home.
